Overzicht
Bij BluePaper leveren we uitsluitend digitale producten en diensten, zoals software, frameworks, scripts en trainingsmaterialen. Aankopen van deze digitale producten zijn definitief en kunnen niet worden gerestitueerd zodra de download is voltooid of de dienst is geleverd.

Afstand van Herroepingsrecht
Bij het aanschaffen van onze digitale producten en diensten gaat u akkoord met directe levering van de inhoud. U stemt er ook mee in dat het herroepingsrecht niet van toepassing is, zoals bepaald in de EU-richtlijn Consumentenrechten (2011/83/EU).

Uitzonderingen

Restituties worden alleen overwogen in uitzonderlijke gevallen, bijvoorbeeld wanneer een product technisch defect is en wij dit niet kunnen oplossen.
Indien u een probleem ondervindt met een van onze producten, verzoeken wij u contact met ons op te nemen binnen 14 dagen na aankoop. Ons team staat klaar om een passende oplossing te bieden.
